
Grilled Garlicky Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 4 slices of hearty crusty style bread
- 1 clove garlic, cut in half and peeled
- 6 slices fresh mozzarella cheese
- 6 slices of prosciutto ham
- 1 pear, grated
- 1 cup arugula leaves
Instructions
- Heat half of the Olive Oil in large pan over medium heat
- Rub the halved garlic cloves all over the crusty bread
- Brush the remaining Olive Oil all over the bread
- Place the oiled slices into the pan and toast on one side. When toasted, flip over to toast the other side
- Add the mozzarella, ham, grated pear and arugula leaves on the toasted slices of bread
- Place the other slice of bread on top of the filling to make two complete sandwiches
- Turn down heat enough to melt the cheese, but not burn the bread
- Serve immediately while warm, cut in half
