
Whole Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large head of cauliflower
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- ½ teaspoon of onion powder
- ½ teaspoon curry powder
- ½ teaspoon ground sage
- ½ zest of fresh lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoon plain yogurt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 ºF
- Brush Olive Oil on a baking sheet
- Trim the leaves off the cauliflower and hollow out the stem. Set aside
- Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl
- Add the lemon juice and yogurt. Stir together
- Dip the cauliflower head in the yogurt mix.
- Be sure to completely coat the head of the cauliflower, getting into grooves
- Place flat side down on the oiled baking sheet and put in the oven for 30 minutes
- Test the cauliflower is cooked by inserting a small knife into its core. It should feel soft.
- The glaze should be golden
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil over the cooked cauliflower
